About Us

Performance Maintenance, Inc. (PMI), was established in 1994 by Eric & Celina Quintana as a small mom and pop business with 2 employees. Since that time we have grown to currently employ over 80 employees and deliver services and supplies in two states.

PMI is a family owned business and we pride ourselves in our commitment to our community and the Northern New Mexico region. Our sons, Eric & Daven both work in the business and are being positioned to lead PMI into the future. We are also committed to our environment by using and developing ''PMI Green Solutions'' products and equipment to minimize our impact or ''footprint'' on the environment. Our company motto ''ONE CALL DOES IT ALL'' describes our willingness to take on any challenge with professionalism and enthusiasm.

PMI offers commercial and non-commercial cleaning and building maintenance including on-going construction and post-construction clean-up with experience in initializing high performance, green building maintenance programs. This enables PMI to implement a hygienic maintenance program, for your facility. We also perform a long list of high performance building services including professional duct cleaning, tile and grout cleaning/sealing, carpet and upholstery cleaning, VCT floor maintenance, emergency water extraction/dry-out, high pressure steam cleaning, window cleaning and bio-hazard (post traumatic) clean-up. Light-bulb replacement, commercial laundry & dishwashing equipment service, air freshener dispensing refill program and our signature PMI disinfecting program.
